Payment Must Be Made In Full BEFORE A Show/Gig
FULL payment MUST be made BEFORE the day/night of the gig/show. Failure to pay in full beforehand will result in us cancelling the gig/show. By leaving a deposit you agree to this condition. Also if you leave us a deposit but fail to pay in full, you will lose the insitial deposit as we will have lost money as a result. Again by using our services you agree in full to this condition..

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Any money, Advance, Deposit may be kept to cover our expenses, If we have already started a job we will keep 100% of the money for any gig's to cover expenses and other costs.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We hold the right to Cancel any jobs due to any kind of emergency however we will do our very best to uphold any jobs we have in the future. If the very worst happens and we have no alternative to cancel a job or jobs, we will provide alternative dates available for the client.
